Ph-client is a chromium based client with built-in TOR proxy for anonymous surfing on such sites, like [ROSCOMNADZOR]. As this client uses TOR, your ISP will not be able to block, intercept or read any web traffic between your favorite site and your computer. Moreover, client have cookies enabled, means that it can store your login data on your machine if you need to. This project does not collect any data at all (it couldn't be anonymous otherwise) - without telemetry!
Your internet service provider can not know what you're watching, because ph-client use TOR and TOR use encrypted channels
At present, TOR is the fastest anonymous network, they speed more 20 MBit/Seconds - it's good for HD
